Stillroom is built like a studio that hires for talent, not for warm bodies. Thirteen AI specialists own the studio side — concept, art direction, set design, technical drawings, visualisations, virtual film production, brand strategy, sourcing, scheduling, sustainability, finance, install coordination, client liaison. They argue the brief on a Tuesday morning and have a finished prototype by Friday lunch. The one human in the room — our Production Designer — turns the drawings into things you can touch, schedule onto a truck and sign off in person. Faster ideation, shorter feedback loops, no design-by-committee, more time on the floor making the thing. One human accountable when it lands.

Sit down, map the build, pin the budget and the install date. Sketch and reference together — same room, same key.

Step / 02
Prototype

Mock-up in the materials we'll actually ship. Foam-core for spaces, full mat-up for finishes. Sign off on the real thing.

Step / 03
Fabricate

Joinery, metalwork, finishing, electronics, paint, upholstery — same floor, same team, shared schedule.

Step / 04
Install

Crated, ratchet-strapped and on the truck. We hand to your install crew or run it ourselves. We sign it off in person.

Stillroom is a small studio with a working production floor. We're best for clients who want one team, on one site, who can sketch on Tuesday and have a finished prototype on Friday.
